• How to redeem MAFIA III download key and family kick-back pre-order bonus in-game items?

  A. For Europe, Middle East and South Africa regions
  You will be given an ASUS code when you buy eligible products from participating stores.
  Please visit the ASUS Redemption Website www.asus.com/event/2016/rog/Mafia3 and click on “REDEEM NOW!” to get your MAFIA III download key and family kick-back pre-order bonus in-game items.
  
  B. For Asia-Pacific regions (valid for purchases of eligible graphics cards only)
  Visit the ASUS Redemption Website www.asus.com/event/2016/rog/Mafia3 and click on “REDEEM NOW!” , please follow the process and system will then send your MAFIA III game key to the email address you provided in ASUS membership account.

• Where can I get the ASUS Code? (For Europe, Middle East and South Africa regions only)

  You will be given an ASUS code when you buy eligible products from participating stores.

  If you can’t find or didn’t receive your ASUS code from participating shops, please contact the shops you purchased first. If no reply from the shops, then please contact your local ASUS representative and provide the following information:
  1. Email subject title: Mafia III
  2. Name of the store where you made your purchase
  3. Name of product purchased
  4. Attach a scanned copy of your receipt/invoice

• When can I start to redeem MAFIA III download key on ASUS redemption site?

  You will be able to redeem starting from Oct. 21^st, 2016.

• I’ve got my MAFIA III game key, what should I do next to install the game?

  Step 1: Register/Log in into Steam http://store.steampowered.com/
  Step 2: At the Steam menu:
  - Select [Games] then [Activate a Product on Steam]
  - After reading the terms and conditions, select [I Agree]
  Step 3: Enter your MAFIA III Key and select [Next]
  Step 4: MAFIA III should be successfully added to your Library. Select [Library] in the main menu to confirm your game activation

• Until when can I redeem my MAFIA III code on STEAM?

  Game code will be available until Sep. 1^st, 2017.

• Where can I find the serial number?

  Please check on your product packaging box or visit http://www.asus.com/support/Article/566/ for details

• I received the error message “Incorrect ASUS code entered...”. What could be the problem?

  Please re-enter your ASUS code and ensure the following:
  - The ASUS Code consists of capitalized letters and numbers
  - The ASUS Code does not contain lowercase letters.
  - The ASUS Code does not contain the numbers 0,1,2,5,8 and letters G,I,O,Q,S

• I received the error message “Incorrect serial number entered...”. What could be the problem?

  Please double check the serial number on your product packaging box or visit http://www.asus.com/support/Article/566/ for details.
  
  If you still have problems, please contact your local ASUS representative and provide the following information:
  1. Email subject title: Mafia III
  2.Name of the store where you made your purchase
  3. Name of product purchased

• Didn’t receive your Mafia III key email from us?

  Please check your email. Your game key should be delivered to the email address you provided during STEP 2 of the redemption process.

• Can I get NVIDIA’s promotion bundle at same time for purchases of ROG Strix graphics cards?

  From October 7th to October 30th 2016, for qualifying purchases of ROG Strix GTX 1080 and 1070 graphics cards, you are valid for both NVIDIA’s Gears of War 4 game bundle promotion and ASUS’s Mafia 3 game bundle promotion. (not valid for purchase in China & Japan)
