ASUS does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of this Product. The warranty only covers technical hardware issues during the Warranty Period and in normal use conditions. If the product has been altered, serviced, or upgraded without authorization by ASUS service center personnel; utilizes an operating system, software, hardware, applications, or drivers not provided by ASUS; or if damage is caused by the following factors, warranty service will not be provided:

Keyboard
Keyboard stand-damaged, broken, falling off.

Foreign matter or liquid inside the key shaft causes failure.

The key shaft seat is damaged or the key shaft column is bent or damaged.

Keycap damaged or broken.

 

 

Mouse
Hooking off the left and right mouse buttons affects press feedback.

2.4G connector housing separated from device.

Headphones/Microphone
Headphones - The headphone shell is separated from the device.

 

Port

Damaged port - the plastic piece (tongue) of the external port is broken or detached.

 

WireThe wire is bent or deformed or broken or damaged.
