[Notebook/Desktop PC] Troubleshooting- The video screen will flicker or turn black when having video communication on ZOOM
When this problem occurs, please confirm whether the camera function works normally first (such as activating the Skype video, Windows Camera...). If it only happens on Zoom, you can try the following troubleshooting first :
