ASUS policy for End-of-support Products
At ASUS, we are dedicated to providing ongoing support for our products beyond the warranty period, while adhering to local laws and regulations. After the official warranty period has expired, you may still access service and parts for your ASUS devices, depending on the availability of parts and in compliance with legal requirements.
After a product reaches its end-of-support (EOS) period, ASUS will discontinue hardware and software updates. ASUS support may vary by product. Once a product reaches the end-of support, the official ASUS support content for that product will not be further updated by ASUS. The official support includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting articles, user guides, testing tools, videos, drivers, BIOS, and Firmware. The list below contains products that have reached the end-of-support periods. To find your product, begin with the appropriate product category and follow the steps. Please note that only products that reached end-of-support after 2015 are listed here. For information regarding Phone products, please see the details provided below.

This policy does not replace or limit any statutory consumer rights granted under federal or state laws, including the Right to Repair legislation. Customers may still have the right to access repair tools, parts, and documentation for products no longer supported by ASUS. ASUS remains committed to fulfilling its obligations under state and federal laws, including the responsibility to provide repair information to consumers and independent repair providers. Any limitations on repair services will be clearly communicated, and ASUS will continue to comply with evolving Right to Repair laws across the U.S.
YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE LAWS OF YOUR STATE OR JURISDICTION. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS UNDER A WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH ASUS. NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY AFFECTS STATUTORY RIGHTS, INCLUDING RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS UNDER LAWS OR REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE SALE OF CONSUMER GOODS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY CONTRACT.
