[Notebook/Desktop/AIO] No Display Upon Power On, but Power Indicator Light is On
This article is only applicable if your computer fails to display a screen upon start-up, but the power indicator light is on. If you have performed any of the following steps before encountering this issue, please refer to this article for further instructions.
Note: If you have not performed any of the following steps and your computer fails to power on, please refer to this article: Troubleshooting - Notebook cannot power on and shows black screen.
- Disconnect or replace the battery.
- Replace memory with a different capacity or brand.
- Long press the power button for 40 seconds to reset the embedded controller (EC reset). You can refer to the following article for more information on EC reset:

If you have performed any of the above three scenarios, the computer will need to complete a full memory training upon the next power on.
During the memory training process, there will be no display on the screen, and the training will take approximately 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the size of your computer's memory.
During this time, please ensure that your computer is connected to a power source and do not force shut down, allowing the computer to complete the memory training and wait for the screen to appear.
