[Phone] Troubleshooting - abnormal NFC function

Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:

1. Make sure both two paired devices are unlocked and enable NFC.
　Settings>Connected devices>Connection preferences>Enable NFC

2. Check whether the device you want to use supports NFC function.

3. Check whether NFC detection area is within scanning range.

4. Remove any protective case or cover from your device and check whether function works

5. Check whether the back cover is properly installed. For some models, their NFC antenna coil is on the back cover.

6. Update firmware to the latest version：Settings > System > System updates > Check now

7. Access to Safe Mode (Long press "Power key"> tap and hold "Power Off "> "OK")：If your device works well in safe mode, malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check again if it works well.

8. Backup your data and perform factory data reset
　Note：Once RESET was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization.

If you've tried the above steps and your issue cannot be solved, please contact ASUS Customer Center for assistance and send your device back to us for further check-up.
