[Phone/Pad] Troubleshooting - Abnormal display or error message pops up when activating camera

Please follow below steps for troubleshooting：

1. Restore Camera settings : Open the Camera app > Tap the arrow at the top to access the menu > Tap the Settings > Restore default settings

2. Update firmware to the latest version：Settings > System > System updates > Check now

3. Access to Safe Mode (Long press power key> tap and hold Power Off >OK)：If your device works well in safe mode,malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check again if it works well.

4. Back up your data and perform factory data reset.

5. If you've tried the above steps and your issue cannot be solved, please contact ASUS Customer Center for assistance and send your device back to us for further check-up.
