ASUS Showcases New Connectivity Devices at CES 2018

Las Vegas, NV (January 8, 2018) - ASUS today revealed its all-new lineup of connected devices in the ASUS Showcase Room at CES ® 2018 in Las Vegas, displaying how the ASUS ecosystem delivers connectivity across our product lines to keep users in touch around the home, at the office and on the go.

Brand-new ASUS networking devices debuting today include Lyra Voice and Lyra Trio, with the RT-AX88U also on display. Lyra Voice and Lyra Trio are complementary mesh-netwoking solutions that extend connectivity to all parts of the home — with built-in Amazon Alexa voice control through Lyra Voice. RT-AX88U router features next-generation 802.11ax technology designed for ultrafast WiFi connectivity with multiple devices.

Also on display are the highly anticipated NovaGo always-connected Windows 10 laptop and ZenFone Max Plus (M1) smartphone, both engineered to keep users connected for long periods away from WiFi networks and power outlets. NovaGo is the world’s first Gigabit LTE-capable laptop designed for truly connected mobility, providing users with an always-on, always-connected experience. ASUS Lyra Voice

Winner of the CES 2018 Innovation award, Lyra Voice is a two-in-one 802.11ac mesh WiFi system and voice assistant with powerful stereo speakers, a microphone and integrated Amazon Alexa voice control. Users can interact with Amazon Alexa simply by talking to Lyra Voice, enabling them to play music, hear the news, check the weather, control smart-home devices, and more.
