[Phone] Cannot search for Bluetooth devices

If your phone and Bluetooth device are near other wireless radio frequency devices (such as microwaves, cordless phones, electronic products, etc.) or in crowded areas, it may cause interference. Please stay away from the aforementioned devices and areas . Reduce the distance between your phone and Bluetooth device, or remove any obstacles (such as metal) that might cause interference.

If the issue persists, please follow below steps for troubleshooting:

1. Make sure the Bluetooth function is enabled on both devices.

Setting > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Enable Bluetooth

2. Disable Bluetooth and re-connect.

Setting > Connected devices > Pair new device, Tap the device to pair; some devices might need a password for pairing.

3. Unpair your phone from the Bluetooth device, and then pair it again.

Setting > Connected devices > Click the gear icon next to the device you want to unpair > Forget > Forget device; Pair new device, Tap the device to pair; some devices might need a password for pairing.

4. Pair your phone with another Bluetooth device. If the connection works properly, please contact the manufacturer of your Bluetooth device.

5. Update firmware to latest version:Go to Settings > System > System updates > Check now.
