[Phone] Troubleshooting - When the flashlight of your phone camera is not normally working
When the flashlight of phone camera doesn't work, please follow the below steps for initial troubleshooting :
1. After launching the Camera and you find the flashlight is not working, please check the condition and setting of flashlight by tapping the lightning icon at upper left for adjustment.
2. Enter Quick Settings > Enable Flashlight to check whether the flashlight works
3. Protective cases, accessories, or screen protectors may block the flashlight. Please try removing them to see if it improves.
4. Update firmware to latest version: Settings > System> System updates > Check now.
5. Access to Safe Mode: Long press Power key > Tap and hold the Power Off > Tap Ok. If your phone / tablet works well while in safe mode , malfunction might be caused by the 3rd party app(s). Please reboot your phone / tablet and try again.
6. Back up your data and perform factory data reset.
Note: Once RESET was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization.
