The ASUS ROG GTX 980 MATRIX-P is an exquisite video card, with extreme performance capabilities, but with an extreme price of $659.99. ASUS has done such a good job with the GTX 980 STRIX DC II OC version that it seems to be the more viable price for most users, and we all know how few of us need the Matrix’ LN2 capabilities. ASUS of course knows that a halo card such as this will have little appeal to a large group of hardware enthusiasts, but it is great to see ASUS continually pushing the boundaries when it comes to GPUs.

The graphics card really needs LN2 or water cooling to stretch its powerful wings. Non-overclockers needn't apply.
