[NUC/DESKTOP/MINI PC] 英特爾第13代和第14代桌上型處理器不穩定問題和最新華碩BIOS更新

Intel最近就部分第13代及第14代桌上型處理器的不穩定狀況發佈了一份聲明（July 2024 Update on Instability Reports on Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Processors - Intel Community）。

華碩已了解到這個問題，並正在積極採取措施，協助我們的客戶減輕其影響。

若您購買的華碩桌上型電腦/NUC/Mini PC使用到上表所列的Intel CPU，華碩將在原保固年限外，針對CPU額外提供2年延長保固（累加後保固最長5年）。

 

此外，華碩將積極與 Intel 合作，將最新版本的 microcode 導入以下機種的 BIOS。預計今年九月起，相關更新將陸續發布至華碩支援網站。
