[NUC] Error while Setting up NUC11: "There was a problem. Your organization does not support this version of Windows. (0x80180014)" in InTune

Resolution

To fix this issue in a stand-alone Intune environment, follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center to a different system with internet access.
  2. In the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center, choose Devices > Enrollment restrictions > choose a device type restriction.
  3. Choose Properties > Edit (next to Platform settings) > Allow for Windows (MDM).
  4. Click Review + Save.
  5. If error still occurs or can Microsoft Endpoint Maneger can't identify the system unit, Contact Microsoft.
