[CM5500FDA/Chromebook] Troubleshooting - Chromebook does not response when pressing the power button

If your Chromebook is model CM5500FDA, and you experience “Black screen without any image” or “The screen shows low battery power icon as below picture”. You can try to connect the power adapter and charge the unit for 30 minutes, and then press the power button again to boot.

 

If the unit still cannot be booted up after 30 minutes power charging, please contact ASUS Service Center for further help.
