[Phone] How to enable "Select to Speak" function?

When Select to Speak function is on, you can tap specific items on your screen to hear them read aloud.

1.Please follow the steps below to access the function settings:

Go to "Settings" > "Accessibility" > "Select to Speak"

2. Turn on "Use service" anf then click OK to enable the function.
