[Phone] How to enable/disable Screen Locking Sounds?

1. Please follow the steps below to set the function:

Android 7.0/8.0：go to "Settings" > "Sounds & vibration" > "Other sounds"

Android 9.0： go to "Settings" > "Sound & vibration"

2. Turn on/off "Screen locking sounds" option to enable/disable the function.
