Troubleshooting - Desktop Display with Dark Corners or Uneven Brightness
If you encounter noticeable dark corners or uneven brightness on your laptop screen when it is not plugged in, it is possible that your screen is in power-saving mode. This mode adjusts the screen brightness and contrast to reduce power consumption. To restore normal screen display, you can try turning off the display power-saving feature in the Intel® Graphics Command Center.
To turn off the display power-saving feature in the Intel® Graphics Command Center, please refer to the following steps:
1, Click on the ①[Windows Search Bar], type [Intel Graphics Command Center], and then click ②[Open] to enter the Intel® Graphics Command Center.
2, Click on ③[System], then ④[Power], and turn off the ⑤[Display Power Saving] feature.
