[Phone] How to fix the WiGig Dock Malfunction
If the WiGig Dock cannot connect or function properly, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Connect the power adapter and turn on the power, ensuring the LED power indicator lights up.
- Enable Wi-Fi on your phone, search for the WiGig Dock, and connect to it.
Ensure you are operating directly in front of the WiGig Dock. The signal reception range is within 5 meters directly in front, with a 120-degree angle, and there should be no obstacles in between. - Update your phone system to the latest version:
To update your phone system: Connect to the internet, then go to Settings > System > System Update > Check for Updates.
