[Phone] How to fix Aura System Lighting Display Issues

If the Aura LED display is malfunctioning, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

 

1. Check Settings: Check that the Aura RGB LED function is enabled in the system settings. Open the Armory Crate app > Go to Console > Enable Aura System Lighting > Click on Advanced Settings. In the scenario lighting section, enable the conditions you want to activate, and click on it to configure the lighting settings.

 

2. Update Software: Ensure that your ROG Phone system software is updated to the latest version.

 

3. Reboot the Device: Try rebooting your phone. Sometimes a simple reboot can resolvesome temporary issues.

 

4. Use Safe Mode: Enter Safe Mode to check if any third-party applications are causing the problem. Press and hold the power button, then press and hold the "Power Off" option, and select to enter Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode, check if the Aura lighting is functioning properly. If it works fine, it might be an issue caused by a third-party application.

 

5. Contact ASUS Customer Service: If the above methods do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to contact ASUS Customer Service or visit the nearest ASUS Service Center for further assistance.
