If the USB port is malfunctioning, you can follow these steps to check:

 

1. Clean the USB Port: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to remove dust and dirt from the port. 

Note: Do not insert metal objects into the port to avoid damaging the contacts.

 

2.Check the Cables and Accessories: Ensure the USB cable is not broken and the connectors are not bent. Test with other USB cables or chargers to rule out accessory failure. Test if it works properly on other devices (such as a computer).

 

3.Check if any Physical Damage on the Port: If the USB port is loose or has poor contact.
