(1) How to Conduct Body Composition Analysis with ASUS VivoWatch 6
ASUS VivoWatch 6 utilizes Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology through its electrical sensor to measure the wearer's body composition, including body fat percentage, hydration level, skeletal muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, and more. Consistently monitoring changes in body composition aids in tailoring personalized diet, exercise, and lifestyle plans.
(2) Steps for Performing Body Composition Analysis with ASUS VivoWatch 6
1. Access the body composition analysis feature and input your current weight before starting the measurement.
2. Lightly touch the sensor on the bottom left of the watch with your thumb while gently resting your index finger on the metal ring around the watch face, maintaining a still posture.
3. To prevent signal interference, make sure that your hands do not touch each other during measurement.
4. After you complete the measurement, the screen will display your body fat percentage, hydration level, skeletal muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate.
5. The health data collected will be promptly synchronized with your ASUS HealthConnect App on your smartphone.

3. Check the snugness of the watch band and confirm that the watch back firmly adheres to your wrist during the measurement process.
4. Keep the watch clean and dry, and consider lightly moistening your fingers with moisturizer before attempting another measurement.
