[Phone] How to enable Location function?

1. Please follow the steps below to access the function settings:

Android 7：go to "Settings" > "Location"

Android 8/9：go to "Settings" > "Location"

2. Turn on "Use location" to enable the function. After you turn on Location for your phone, you can get information about its location, like nearby restaurant and local search results etc..
