[Phone] Cast function abnormality

Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:   

1. Make sure that the phone and the device are both within the same Wi-Fi signal range.

2. Remove the Cast connection and re-pair the connection.

3. Use other devices to check if they can connect normally.

4. Access to Safe Mode：Long press "Power key"> Tap and hold "Power Off" > tap "OK". 

   If your device works normally in safe mode, malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check againg if it works well.    

5. Update firmware to the latest version：Settings > System > System update > Check Update.

6. Backup your data and perform factory data reset. 
    Note: Once RESET was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization.
