[Phone] I can't hear the caller on the phone/Receiver error
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Press the Volume Up key to increase the volume during a call.
2. Connect your phone to headphones or a Bluetooth headset to test whether the call works properly.
3. Dial another number to test if your receiver works well.
4. Please test the phone call in an area with good signal to check if it works properly.
5. Reboot your phone.
6. Update the firmware to latest version: Go to Settings > System > System update > Check Update.
7. Please remove any objects that may be blocking the receiver, such as a protective case. Also, check if the receiver is obstructed or dirty. If necessary, use a soft brush to clean the receiver.
8. Disable Wi-Fi calling: If the quality of your Wi-Fi network connection is poor, it may affect call quality.
Go to Phone App > Click the icon at the right-top corner > Settings > Call > Wi-Fi calling > Disable Wi-Fi calling
9. Access Safe Mode: By long pressing the Power key > Tapping and holding Power Off > Tapping OK. If your phone works well in Safe Mode, there may be some 3rd apps that are causeing the malfunction. Please reboot your phone and check again.
10. Backup your data and perform a Factory Data Reset.
