Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting: 1. Do not run apps that may use much memory for long time, for example, 3D games and video. 2. It's recommended that do not use your phone/ Pad while it is charging. 3. Update firmware to the latest version： Settings > System > System update > Check Update. 4. Access to Safe Mode (long press Power key > Tap and hold Power Off > Tap OK )：If your device works normally in safe mode, malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. *How to exit Safe mode: Reboot the device. 5. Backup your data and perform factory data reset. If above steps can't solve your issue, please contact ASUS Customer Center for help.
