[Phone] How to set the phone owner's emergency information and contacts?

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Emergency information.

2. In Emergency information, input the owner's personal emergency info and contacts .

3. Enable Show emergency information, then the owner's emergency info will be displayed in power button option.

4. press power button and then you will see Emergency info option on screen.
