[Phone] Cracked voice and noise in Speaker

1. Reset AudioWizard Settings: Swipe down twice from the top of the screen to access the quick settings panel. Tap on “AudioWizard.” Adjust the Scenario effect to “Dynamic,” reset the Equalizer, and set both Treble and Bass to the leftmost position. Note that there is no option to completely disable the AudioWizard, and force-stopping it is not recommended.

 

2. Update System Software: Make sure your system software is up to date. Restart your device after updating.

 

3. Boot into Safe Mode: If your phone works normally in Safe Mode, it might be a third-party app causing the issue. Restart your phone and check if the problem persists.

 

4. Backup and Factory Data Reset: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, back up your data and perform the factory data reset to restore your phone to its original settings.
