How do I check if I'm eligible for the ASUS GreenCycle Program?

If your laptop is affected by an out-of-warranty warranty and damage caused by customer error, the repair center will notify you in advance.

What is the process for participating in ASUS GreenCycle Program after receiving the notice from the repair center?

1. Check with your repair center to see if you are eligible for the program.
2. Get notified about availability.
3. You agree to allow ASUS to recycle the parts
4. Take advantage of the discounts.
5. Solve your problem!

Warranty Policy: ASUS offers a 3-month warranty on replacement parts.

Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Australia, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam

*The above amount, excluding other costs such as labor, is for your reference and will be updated every 6 months. Other fees may be added at the repair center. Please refer to the repair center for final and total charges. You may then determine to participate the GreenCycle program or not.
