Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines governing the ASUS Laptop Trade In Programme ("Programme"). By participating in this Programme, you agree to adhere to these Terms.

1. Eligibility:
The Trade In Programme will run from 29th March – 7th April 2024, daily from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the ASUS Exclusive Store / ROG Experience Store.
The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who own any laptops that they wish to trade in for ASUS store credits.
Trade in models cover all brands of laptops.
Devices must be authentic and contain original parts only.
Devices are not under instalment scheme (Atome, Grab, etc).
Only laptops meeting the specified criteria, model, age, and condition as determined by ASUS will be eligible for trade in.

2. Valuation and Assessment:
The trade in price table is an indicative value, and the final value will be determined via external assessment. The price table is valid from 29th March – 7th April 2024.

3. Trade In Value:

The trade in value offered will be provided in the form of ASUS Exclusive Store / ROG Experience Store / e-store credits as determined by ASUS.
Non-working laptops will only be eligible for $50 ASUS Exclusive Store / ROG Experience Store / e-store credits.

4. Laptop Condition:

The laptop being traded in must meet specified conditions, including but not limited to powering on, having no significant physical damage, and containing all original components (including charging cable).
Individuals must ensure that the device is not locked with Password or Google ID.

5. Ownership and Legitimacy:

By participating in this Programme, individuals confirm that they are the rightful owner of the laptop being traded in and possess legitimate proof of ownership.

6. Data Security:

It is the individual’s responsibility to back up and erase all personal data from the laptop before initiating the trade in process. ASUS is not liable for any data left on the device.

7. Return Policy:

Once the trade in is completed, the laptop is not returnable or retrievable. Ensure all data and personal information are removed before trade in.
8. Limited Time Offers and Restrictions:
The Programme has time limitations (29th March – 7th April 2024 Only) and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

9. Disqualification:

ASUS reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any trade in if the submitted laptop does not meet the specified criteria or if there's suspected fraudulent activity.

10. Program Changes:

ASUS retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the trade in process will be resolved at the discretion of ASUS management.
