Singapore, 2 August 2019 – ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) and StarHub jointly announced the exclusive launch of 802.11ac WiFi gaming router ROG Rapture GT-AC2900, with Singapore consumers being the first in Southeast Asia and fourth in the world to have it.

Starting tomorrow, customers will get the high-performance router free-of-charge (Usual Price: $399) with the sign-up to StarHub’s new Turbo Gamer 2Gbps plan – a 2Gbps fibre home broadband service with no service activation and installation fees!
The ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 is built to give PC, console and mobile gamers a competitive edge. It features a suite of technologies – triple-level game acceleration, adaptive QoS, wtfast®, Dynamic Frequency Selection and MU-MIMO – to boost speeds and optimise internet routes between the home network and game servers for minimised ping times.
