[NUC/DESKTOP/MINI PC] Instability Issues with Intel 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Processors and Latest ASUS BIOS Update
Intel recently issued a statement regarding instability issues with some of their 13th and 14th generation desktop processors (July 2024 Update on Instability Reports on Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen Desktop Processors - Intel Community).
ASUS is aware of this issue and is actively taking measures to assist our customers in mitigating its impact.
This issue will affect models equipped with the following CPUs:

If your ASUS Desktop/NUC/Mini PC uses one of the Intel CPUs listed above, ASUS will provide an additional two-year extended warranty for the CPU beyond the original warranty period (up to a maximum of five years).
Additionally, ASUS will actively collaborate with Intel to incorporate the latest version of the microcode into the BIOS of the following models. Relevant updates are expected to be gradually released on the ASUS support website starting from September.
