Update Thermal Policy

1. Update EC firmware
2. Fix OS will black screen When enter windows or Windows idle
3. Fix: System can't enter into sleep state on UBUNTU OS
4. Fix OS will blue screen when install win8.
5. Show serial number in main page of setup menu.
6. System sometime will hang when AC in and press power button.
7. Add "Intel AES-NI" item in Advance selection of BIOS Setup Menu
8. If Ctrl+Home Recovery function failed, OS will blue screen when boot first time.
9. Fix system may be failed to flash bios
10.Update VBIOS
