Channel Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Establish productive, professional relationships with key partner accounts
Manage assigned ASUS partners accounts with product categories notebooks, desktops and all-in-ones portfolio
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts
Cooperate with internal company departments (sales, marketing, HQ team) to meet sales goals and grow market share
Sales target planning & forecast, channel inventory, logistics, shipments, and payments control
Plan, organize, execute, and control efficiency of partners joint marketing activities
Manage stock health and run-rate of sold-in stock to secure steady business
Manage document workflow, control process
Collect and analyze market data, shops visiting, managing in-store experience
Provide presentations and training for partners
Contribute and be part of and go-to-market planning for new ASUS products
Always search for new business opportunities
Requirements:
University or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Previous experience in IT business (>3 years)
Previous experience in building/developing relationships with customers
Knowledge of retail channel companies is advantage
Target oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure and deadline
Sales experience or product management within retail is a plus

Drive sales by quantity and revenue to achieve assigned targets and track performance
Sell-in/sell-out planning, order collections, stock/transits control
Engage with sales, marketing and HQ team

Education and Experience Required:
University or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance
PC industry knowledge
Knowledge of promotional marketing processes
Negotiation skills and ability to showcase product value to the customers
Advanced level of English
