Qualcomm platform (ARM architecture) laptops do not support self-installation of operating systems

Qualcomm platform (ARM architecture) laptops do not support self-installation of Windows operating systems, so please do not format the system by yourself.

If you need to restore the system, please use the ASUS Cloud Recovery function. For details, please refer to: Cloud Recovery within MyASUS in WinRE - Introduction | Official Support | ASUS Global

※ B3000DQ1A currently does not support the above functional operations. If you encounter any problems, please contact ASUS Customer Service Center.

Q1: Can I reinstall the Windows operating system on my Qualcomm platform (ARM architecture) laptop through a mobile USB flash drive?

A1: Users cannot install the Windows operating system by themselves.

Q2: If my Qualcomm platform (ARM architecture) laptop cannot enter the Windows operating system or MyASUS in WinRE, how should I restore the computer operating system? (For example, I replaced the SSD of my computer)

A2: Please contact ASUS Customer Service Center for help.
