[Phone] Troubleshooting - Power percentage display is abnormal

Applicable situations: The battery display is incorrect.

 

Please follow the below steps for troubleshooting :

1. Battery display styles: Enter Settings > Battery > Visual settings > Battery display styles > Select Icon and percentage.

2. Tap and hold the power button to power off your device and reboot.
3. Update firmware to the latest version：Enter Settings > System > System updates > Check Update.
4. Access to Safe Mode ( long press power key > Tap and hold Power Off > Tap OK：If your phone / Tablet works well in Safe Mode ,malfunction may be caused by some 3rd party apps . Please reboot your device and check again if it works well.
5. Backup your data and perform factory data reset.
    *Note：Once RESET has been executed and performed, all the data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization.
