How to Join:

1. End users must purchase a combination of participating ASUS or ROG motherboards and ASUS or ROG graphics cards.

2. End-user must register their identifiable details on this site:

3. Once registered, ASUS Philippines will verify and send the bundle item to the registered end users' address.
4. Prizes will be sent to verified purchases in thirty (30) days.

Who can join the promo:
a. This promotion is open to all end-users who purchased any ASUS or ROG participating product from participating dealers and authorized resellers nationwide during the promo period.
b. Employees of ASUS Philippines and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining.
c. By joining and participating in Power Overwhelming (“the promotion”), participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that:

He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
ASUS Philippines Corporation shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and all information supplied by him/her will be used by ASUS Philippines Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy;
The promotion period is from November 1 – December 31, 2024.

4. The entry submission deadline is on December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM.
5. Customers with qualified claims will receive a notification email within ten (10) working days.
6. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
7. Only the end-users with VALID Proof of purchase of any ASUS or ROG participating product will be determined qualified to be chosen for the code redemption.
8. Commercial and bulk purchases are disqualified from joining the promotion.
9. ASUS reserves the right to modify and change the program mechanics without prior notice.

Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion – Power Overwhelming ("Promotion"). is hosted by ASUS Philippines Corporation (ASUS).

2. Detailed information concerning how to join and receive the ASUS merchandise in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of the Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may, at any time, revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Any such revisions shall bind you.

3. The promotion commences on November 1, 2024, at 11:00 (GMT+8) and terminates on December 31, 2024, at 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion Period”). The registration period will end on January 30, 2025.

4. The promotion will only take place in areas included in the Philippine territory. Those who would like to participate in the Promotion during the Promotional Period, you acknowledge the following:
4.1 You shall be considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside.
4.2 The Promotion applies to the purchase of eligible products.
4.3 Purchases from participating dealers within the Promotion Territory are allowed to claim.
4.4 The Invoice/receipt must state the date of purchase and a valid billing address and must correspond to local legal requirements.
4.5 You can claim one (1) eligible ASUS code/reward per product line.
4.6 Purchase of eligible ASUS Products and corresponding claims must be made in your country of residence and only from participating dealers.
4.7 This Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion. ASUS reserves the right to disqualify entries with previous claim records in any of ASUS' previous promotions.

5. If there is no status update on the end-user's claim, you may email asus.philippines@gmail.com to check. Please input the subject as [Promo Status] Power Overwhelming promo. In the mail body, include your name, delivery address, and the serial number of the claimed product.

6. ASUS reserves the right to modify the Promotion details without prior notice.

7. Corporate/Commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this Promotion

8. You must behave by the Terms and Conditions and must not violate any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Your qualification at any time during or after the Promotion Period. We also reserve the right to disqualify You from this Promotion including the game codes qualification if the Terms and Conditions are not followed or constitute any misconduct for tampering, or suspicion of tampering, with the Promotion without any notice. Failure of ASUS to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights with prior approval of DTI.

9. In case you return the eligible ASUS Product, the Promotion claim will be canceled. Items already claimed have to be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional Php4,000.00 handling fee. Next to this, ASUS will take legal steps against fraudulent or abusive attempts
