Redemption Process (How to Redeem)
1. Gather the required documentation and laptop/device purchased
• Device: Make sure your laptop/device is connected to the internet to ensure activation from the ASUS back-end system.
• Receipt: Please ensure that the name you register with matches the name on the receipt and date purchase within the period of promo duration. If there is a discrepancy, you will need to provide an ID and a letter of authorization, along with the ID of the person named on the receipt and the official invoice.
• Product Serial Number: Locate the serial number of the laptop purchased. It can be located underneath the laptop, usually above the barcode and on the box marked as SN.
2. Take a photo of your documents and actual laptop purchased.
• Capture a clear photo of the whole receipt and photo of the serial number. We need these documents to validate and verify your entry. Please see the sample images for your reference.
• Please ensure that the name you register with matches the name on the receipt. If there is a discrepancy, you will need to provide an ID and a letter of authorization, along with the ID of the person named on the receipt and the official invoice.
• Purchase date must be from December 5, 2024, to January 31, 2025.
3. Go to ASUS ROG Share 2024 Promo website link to register: Click Here
• You need to register on the site to qualify for the promo.
• A MyASUS account is needed for registration. If you don't have one, you'll need to create it before proceeding.
4. Click the Register now button and fill out the necessary details.
• Product Serial Number: Locate the serial number of the laptop purchased. It can be located underneath the laptop, usually above the barcode and on the box marked as SN.
• Purchase Date: Refer to your official receipt or invoice. Date of purchase must be the official promo period only December 5, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Any laptops purchased prior or after the promo period duration will be rejected.
• Purchase Store: Input Store name where laptop was purchased. Make sure you purchased your laptop from the list of official ASUS and ROG stores and authorized multibrand resellers only.
• Name: Name of the customer/company whose name appears in the invoice.
• Name of Prize Recipient: Name of person who is claiming the bundle item.
• Home Address:
• Mobile Number: Please double check and make sure your mobile number is correct. You will receive SMS updates here on the status of your entry.
• Upload Clear photo of Invoice/Receipt: If customer name in receipt does not match the claimer’s name please provide and include authorization letter with valid ID along with the receipt. Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts, thermal generated receipt from card purchase and/or Down Payment Slips are not valid for claiming. Ensure that the receipt includes the product, your full name, purchase date, and the model and serial number of the unit. (If incomplete, cropped or blurred, entry will be rejected) Incomplete or unclear captured photo/scanned copy of the receipt/invoice will not be accepted and will automatically be rejected. Falsified and edited receipts/invoices will automatically be rejected.
• Clear photo of laptop showing serial number: Laptop photo showing serial number of laptop and/or laptop box photo showing Serial Number of laptop will be accepted.
• Email Address: Please double check and make sure your email address is correct. Sole Academy discount e-voucher will be sent to this mailbox.
5. Review all your information carefully before final submission.
6. Click submit and check ASUS Data Privacy Policy to proceed with the registration. You will see a pop-up window if the entry has been successfully submitted.
7. To ensure your entry was successfully submitted, you have two options to check. If you do not receive an update or a confirmation email from ASUS, please register again
• Log in to your MyASUS account and click application status tab
• Check your email inbox (including SPAM folder). Make sure to check the email that you used to register in the promo. You should receive an email from marketing@asus.com that your entry has been received after 5-7 working days.
8. Verification period. ASUS PH team will be sending email and SMS updates for your entry status after 7-14 business/working days upon receipt of the entry.
• If VALID: ASUS will confirm entry is valid via email, SMS and MyASUS Account update. Your Sole Academy e-voucher will be sent within 45 days upon validation of entry.
• If INVALID: Receive email, SMS and MyASUS Account update including reason for invalidation. You may register again and repeat the whole process and make sure to submit the correct details and documents for ASUS verification.
9. Monitor your submission through email and SMS updates. Make sure to check your registered email inbox (including SPAM folder), Mobile Text Message and your MyASUS Account to check status of entry.
10. All submitted entries after April 1, 2025 12:00MN will not be accepted.

1. Who is eligible to join this promo?
The promo is open to all legal residents of the Philippines who are 18 years old and above. It is applicable to select ASUS and ROG, TUF devices, including:
• Select ASUS Zenbook and Vivobook Laptops
• Select ROG and TUF Gaming Laptops
• Select ASUS Desktop and All-in-One PCs
2. Where can I buy the eligible devices?
The promo is valid for devices purchased from official ASUS stores and authorized resellers in the Philippines. For a list of where to buy ASUS devices, please visit the official ASUS website.
3. What is the duration of the promo?
The promo runs from December 5, 2024, to January 31, 2025. ASUS reserves the right to extend the promo period with proper notice via their official Facebook page, with DTI approval. You have a 60-day grace period to register and redeem your freebie after the promo ends. Registration will close on April 1, 2025, at 12:00:00 Midnight.
4. How can I redeem my bundle e-voucher?
• Purchase a qualifying ASUS or ROG device.
• Register each laptop's serial number on the Share 2024 Promo Website.
• Complete the required fields and upload the necessary documentation
5. What documents do I need to submit for registration? You will need to provide the following:
• Product Serial Number
• Purchase Date
• Purchase Store
• Invoice Number
• Clear photo of the invoice and laptop serial number
• Other personal details (Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email Address, etc.)
• Optional: Authorization Letter and valid ID if Customer name in invoice is not the same with the claimer.
6. How long will it take for my entry to be verified?
You can claim the e-voucher up to 5 times during the promo period, for each qualifying purchase, with a separate registration for each device.

You can claim the e-voucher up to 5 times during the promo period, for each qualifying purchase, with a separate registration for each device.
8. How will I receive my Sole Academy e-voucher?
The e-voucher will be sent within 45 days after validation of your entry. It will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
9. Where can I use the Sole Academy e-voucher?
The e-voucher is valid for use only at the Sole Academy online store: https://soleacademy.net/ The voucher cannot be used at Sole Academy physical stores and is non-transferable.
10. What can I purchase using the Sole Academy e-voucher?
The e-voucher can be used to purchase any item from the Sole Academy online store, excluding sale items and in conjunction with other promos. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused portion will not be refunded.
11. What should I do if my personal details in the receipt do not match the claimant's details?
If the name on the receipt does not match the claimant’s name, please include an authorization letter along with a valid ID and the receipt.
12. Are there any restrictions on who can claim the promo?
Employees of ASUS Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are exempt from the promo. Authorized resellers, promoters, frontliners, branch managers, and dealers may not register claims unless they have a valid authorization letter.
13. Can I walk in to claim my prize at ASUS headquarters?
No, walk-in claims will not be entertained. All claims must be made through the official promo website.
14. Can I use the e-voucher with other promos?
No, the e-voucher cannot be stacked with other promotions and cannot be applied to sale items at Sole Academy.
15. What happens if I don’t claim my e-voucher within the grace period?
If the e-voucher is not claimed within the 90-day grace period after the promo ends, it will be forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with DTI approval.
