ASUS Perfect Warranty (APW) is an additional protection service for ASUS products*. It provides coverage for specific types of customer-induced damage, such as accidental drops, falls, collisions, liquid damage, and electrical surges, not covered under the ASUS manufacturer's warranty. APW also includes a Global Warranty.

Finding your Serial Number (SN) is easy! You can check the sticker on the original packaging box for the SN and Check Number (CN). The warranty card that came with your product also has the SN printed on it. Alternatively, you can locate the ASUS sticker on the product that displays the SN. Your ASUS Perfect Warranty coverage lasts one year from the Date of Purchase of your laptop. For the ASUS Perfect Warranty to be valid, your laptop must be registered within 90 days of the Date of Purchase. The ASUS Perfect Warranty can only be claimed once for each product.

Once the ASUS Perfect Warranty has been activated, there is a limit of only ONE (1) claim per registered Serial Number. The cover is valid for one year from the Date of Purchase of your ASUS product. ASUS performs Serial Number validation after you complete the product registration process.
