What is ASUS Perfect Warranty?

ASUS Perfect Warranty (APW) is an additional protection service for ASUS products*. It provides coverage for specific types of customer-induced damage, such as accidental drops, falls, collisions, liquid damage, and electrical surges, not covered under the ASUS manufacturer's warranty. APW also includes a Global Warranty.

Accidents happen. ASUS Perfect Warranty helps you reduce potential repair or replacement costs due to unfortunate mishaps during regular device use.

  • ASUS Perfect Warranty covers accidental damage from regular use, such as drops, falls, other collisions, liquid damage, and electrical surges.
  • The service excludes theft, loss, and natural damage, including, but not limited to, rain, fire, flood, and intentional damages.
  • In this Service Package, the Customer is eligible for ONE (1) service claim during the coverage period. The start date for this Service Package will be the Date of Purchase of the ASUS product.
  • The total cost of repair services provided for this Service Package will not exceed the Product's original value.
  • All components or products repaired or replaced by ASUS or ASUS authorised representatives will be under warranty for the remaining product warranty period or at least three 3 (three) months.
  • Filing a claim requires ASUS to validate and approve it. To claim this Service Package, you must explain where and when the accident occurred and a detailed description. Provide this information or requested documentation to avoid claim rejection.
