ASUS has been recognised as one of the best router brands in Australia at the 2023 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The accolade comes after Finder conducted an extensive survey of over 30,000 Australian shoppers across more than 100 categories to identify the country's leading brands.
Customers were asked to rate the products they own across a range of scoring metrics, including performance, design and value for money.
In the hotly contested best router category, ASUS received a Highly Commended award with the second-highest rating overall.
When judged on performance alone, ASUS routers were the clear winner, with an incredible score of 4.5 out of 5. This was higher than any other router brand, including D-link, Eero, Netgear and Google Nest.
ASUS also received excellent scores for ease of use (4.3), features and design (4.4) and value for money (4.3).

The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards are conducted annually in collaboration with research partner Dynata.
With over 30,000 real shoppers participating in the survey, these awards serve as a reliable reflection of what Australians think about the brands they use.
