Q1: There is no display signal when I have installed the driver already.
A1: For HDMI, please check your HDMI cable that should be shorter than 3 meter and connect the monitor directly. And we would recommend you to use HDMI certificated cable. For VGA, please check your VGA cable that should be shorter than 3 meter and connect the monitor directly.
Q2: How to choose the cable if I am unable to shorter my transmission distance?
A2: We would recommend you to use the cable that build-in repeater (also called “Redriver IC”). Repeater is used to extend the transmission distance.
