ASUS is also using AI technology to improve efficiency of manufacturing processes.

ASUS is off to a strong start in 2021, having already announced a full lineup of groundbreaking products at CES 2021 as well as winning 16 CES Innovation Awards for a wide range of products, including notebooks, displays, smartphones, motherboards, graphics cards, mini PCs and gaming accessories. The ranking as one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies is a great honor for the company early in the year and highlights the ongoing ASUS commitment to delivering incredible innovations to create the most ubiquitous, intelligent, heartfelt, and joyful smart life for everyone.

Survey methodology

Fortune collaborated with its partner Korn Ferry to conduct its annual survey. From a list of approximately 1500 candidates, the 1000 largest U.S. companies were selected based on revenue, along with non-U.S. companies in Fortune’s Global 500 database with revenues of $10 billion or greater. The highest-revenue companies in each industry were selected, totaling 670 from 30 countries. To determine the best-regarded companies in 52 industries, Korn Ferry asked executives, directors, and analysts to rate enterprises from the final list of 670 companies in their own industry on nine criteria, including investment value, quality of management, products, social responsibility and ability to attract talent. A company’s score must rank in the top half of its industry survey to be listed.
