TAIPEI, Taiwan, January 19, 2018 — ASUS today announced X570, a 15.6-inch laptop powered by up to an 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 quad-core processor with up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM and gaming-grade NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 graphics for productive multitasking or gaming. Its dual-storage design can be specified with up to a 2TB HDD and a 512GB SSD to offer users a combination of larger storage and faster disk-read speeds. X570 has a 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) display with wide-view technology, 72% NTSC and 100% sRGB color gamut, and ASUS Splendid technology for richer, deeper, and more accurate colors. It also features a built-in fingerprint sensor with Windows Hello support for convenient one-touch login, and nine hours of battery life with fast-charge support. It has a slim 21.9mm profile, an overall weight of just 1.9kg, and is finished in Reaper Black with Lightning Blue edge accents.

X570 is powered by up to an 8th Generation Intel Core i7 quad-core processor with 16GB of DDR4 2400MHz memory and gaming-grade NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 graphics to provide users with the performance required for productive multitasking or supersmooth gaming.
X570 has a dual-storage design that offers users a choice of flexible and convenient storage options. It can be specified with up to a 512GB SSD to speed up loading times for the operating system, games and apps. This SSD can be paired with up to a 2GB HDD to store movie libraries, photo albums, and work files. In addition, X570 has an integrated fingerprint sensor that features Windows Hello support to allow easy and secure Windows login with a single touch.

X570 features a 15.6-inch 4K UHD display with wide-view technology, 72% NTSC and 100% sRGB color gamut, and ASUS Splendid technology for richer, deeper and more accurate colors. The display has over eight million pixels, 4X the resolution of standard Full HD displays. Photos, videos, and even the tiniest text are crisper and sharper than ever before.
The panel features 178° wide-view technology so there’s no color shift even when viewing from extreme positions, and the wide color gamut ensures more vivid color reproduction than standard displays. ASUS Splendid is a combination of factory-applied display corrections and software tuning that ensures consistent, accurate colors. It has four one-click preset modes that are optimized for different types of content, there’s also a Manual mode for users to adjust display parameters to suit their needs and preferences.

Nine-hour battery life and fast charging

X570 has a three-cell 48Wh battery that provides up to nine hours of battery life for productivity tasks, or up to nine hours of offline Full HD video playback. It supports fast charging, requiring only 49 minutes to charge a near-flat battery to 60% capacity.
