Azure Percept DK by ASUS is a pilot-ready development kit with a carrier board, mounting tools and Azure Percept Vision, a camera-enabled system on module (SoM) for rapid scenario-based customization. The kit is deeply integrated to work with Azure Percept Studio, empowering access to a comprehensive suite of Azure services right out of the box. Easy use and installation for diverse prototyping environments
Azure Percept DK is built for a diverse range of edge artificial intelligence (AI) applications and scenarios. Engineered with a fanless design for silent operation, it offers compatibility with industry-standard 80/20 mounting systems and a 180° hinge with a locking dial on the Azure Percept Vision module. An optional Azure Percent Audio module is also available for projects that require audio-driven AI inference.
Powerful, optimized performance for AI inference at the edge
In addition to an NXP® quad-core processor, the vision-processing unit in the Azure Percept Vision module, optionally in tandem with the audio codec in Azure Percept Audio, enables powerful performance for executing Azure Studio-trained AI models on the edge – and can even perform AI inferencing offline.
High-security hardware acceleration

THIS IS A LICENSE BETWEEN YOU AND THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MICROSOFT® AZURE PERCEPT™ DK (“Product”). BY PURCHASING OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THESE PREVIEW TERMS. PLEASE READ AND SAVE A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE PREVIEW TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT.

1. Product Purchase Limitations and Permitted Uses.
You may not resell or otherwise provide the Product to any third party. You may only use the Product, including any Microsoft software and/or services received in connection with the Product, for internal evaluation, development, and testing purposes (“Permitted Use”). You will not use the Product for any commercial purpose, including any deployment or distribution of the Product as part of a commercial solution in a commercial setting (whether internally or externally), or for any consumer or other use.
To the extent permitted by your local law, Microsoft and/or the manufacturer is not responsible for, and any applicable warranties granted by Microsoft and/or the manufacturer to you in relation to the Product do not apply and will be null and void, in the event you, or your organization, uses the Product for any purpose other than the Permitted Use.
In addition to any rights and remedies available to Microsoft under applicable law, Microsoft and/or the manufacturer may, in their sole discretion, terminate your rights to use the Product and any related Microsoft software and/or services provided in connection with the Product if you use the Product for any purpose other than the Permitted Use or otherwise breach these Preview Terms.

3. Additional Terms.
These Preview Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by your local law. If a court or arbitrator holds that Microsoft and/or the manufacturer cannot enforce a part of these Preview Terms as written, those parts shall be deemed replaced with similar terms to the extent enforceable under the relevant law (or where a local court or arbitrator will not amend these Terms, such part will be severed), but the rest of these Preview Terms will remain in effect.
