FAQ: ASUS Service Drop Point
- How long is the validity of a consignment note once a request has been generated?
All consignment note is valid for 7 working days after it has been generated. ASUS reserved the right to cancel the request if the unit is not dropped off at our service point within 7 working days. Customers will need to submit another request if the consignment note has been canceled.
- How do I check my repair status after I drop off my unit at ASUS Service Drop Point?
Customers may check the repair status through ASUS website (https://www.asus.com/my/support/repair-status-inquiry/)
- What is the cost for ASUS Drop Point Service?
There is no payment required for customers that are still within the warranty period, all costs will be covered by ASUS warranty. However, please note that a surcharge will be applied for any out-of-warranty services.
- Can I drop off my unit without packing it?
We recommend customers to pack the unit before dropping it off at our designated service point. However, if the unit received comes without proper packaging, please note that a surcharge may be applied for additional services, e.g. purchase of packaging materials provided at the drop point.
- Where is ASUS Service Drop Point?
