What is ASUS Perfect Warranty?
On top of our 2-Year International Warranty, ASUS Perfect Warranty (APW) is an additional protection service for ASUS laptops*, providing 1st year coverage for accidental customer-induced damage to the unit, which is not covered under the ASUS manufacturer's warranty. For this added-value service, ASUS shall bear 80% of the replacement part’s cost for accidental drops, accidental breakages, liquid spills or electrical surges. Customers will only bear the remaining 20% of the replacement part’s cost and the full labor fee of the repair.Upgrade to APC Perfect Warranty Plus
Starting from RM99, you can upgrade your current Perfect Warranty with ASUS Premium Care (APC) Perfect Warranty Plus package where you can enjoy the full benefits of local accidental damage protection – 2 years of coverage with repair costs and labor fees waived.Additionally, we also offer 2 more APC packages i.e. the Extended Warranty which extends the complimentary 2-year International Warranty to three years, and the newly introduced Local On-site Service, where ASUS professional technicians can come to your doorstep to resolve your issues.
To upgrade, simply walk-in and purchase APC from our authorized ASUS Service Center or login to the MyASUS app.

Accidents happen. ASUS Perfect Warranty helps you reduce potential repair or replacement costs due to any unfortunate mishaps that occur during normal use of your devices.- ASUS Perfect Warranty must be activated within 180 days of your ASUS product’s Date of Purchase. For warranty information, please also refer to your warranty information form.
- ASUS Perfect Warranty provides coverage for the following types of accidental damage arising out of normal use: drops, falls or other collisions, liquid damage, electrical surges and accidental breakage.
- Service excludes theft, loss, nature damage includes but not limited to rain, fire, and flood, or any intentional damages.
- In this Service Package, Customer is eligible for one (1) claim for service per year during the coverage period. The commencement date for this Service Package will be backdated to the date the ASUS product was purchased.
- The total cumulative costs of repair services claimed by customers under this service package shall not exceed the customer purchase price of the product.
- All components repaired or replaced by an ASUS Service Center will be under warranty for three months or for the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is applicable.
- In order to make a claim under this service package, you will have to provide a summary of where and when the incident occurred as well as a detailed description of the incident. Failure to provide sufficient information or requested documentation will result in the claim being rejected.
- Local laws shall prevail according to applicable regulations. Please consult ASUS Official or ASUS local authorized retailer where you purchased the service if you have any questions. The service may be terminated immediately without prior notice.
