KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, May 12, 2022 — ASUS today announced the launch of two different AMD Radeon™ RX graphics cards: the Radeon RX 6750 XT and Radeon RX 6650 XT, with six custom versions from ASUS for gamers of all stripes1. The new graphics cards leverage the breakthrough AMD RDNA™ 2 gaming architecture, include process optimizations and software and firmware enhancements, and offer high-bandwidth, low-latency AMD Infinity Cache™ memory technology and ultra-fast 18 Gbps GDDR6 memory. They also support Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft DirectX® 12 Ultimate, AMD FidelityFX™ Super Resolution (FSR), the forthcoming AMD FSR 2.02 and AMD Radeon Super Resolution3 upscaling technologies, as well as other advanced features that provide visually stunning, high-refresh rate gaming experiences.
The ROG Strix Radeon RX 6750 XT maxes out style and substance
The ROG Strix line is all about offering best-in-class performance with an abundance of features. It all starts with some of the best cooling in a graphics card today: a 2.9-slot heatsink with MaxContact Technology provides abundant surface area for heat dissipation, aided by three upgraded Axial-tech fans for maximum airflow with less noise. Fans operate silently with 0 db technology until the GPU reaches 60°C, and a dual BIOS switch gives users the choice between cranking performance to the max or keeping the fans quieter. The card’s FanConnect II headers even let users sync their case fans with GPU temperature for optimal cooling.
Strix offers just as much form as it does function, with RGB lighting that spans the length of its fiercely-designed shroud, compatible with all other Aura Sync components. The ROG Strix Radeon RX 6650 XT packs high-end features into an accessible package
If users want the features and flair of a Strix card with the affordability of a midrange offering, the ROG Strix Radeon RX 6650 XT is the graphics card for them. Smaller than the Strix Radeon RX 6750 XT, it has a similarly savage shroud covering the dual half-width Axial-tech fans atop a 2.9-slot design that provides excellent heat dissipation for the powerful GPU underneath. The 0 dB technology only spins up the fans at 60°C, so users can enjoy peaceful silence during lighter workloads. The dual BIOS allows users to continue their quest for quiet operation or max out performance with the flick of a switch.
Like the Strix and TUF cards, the ROG Strix Radeon RX 6650 XT is built with Super Alloy Power II premium components, a vented backplate and a stainless steel I/O bracket. An RGB logo on the right side of the shroud integrates with the rest of a system via Aura Sync for a unified look that is anything but subtle.
