Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

This promotion---- ROG Strix SCAR 18 & ROG Zephyrus M16 Pre-Order (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).

1. Detailed information with respect to how to participate and redeem in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrants (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

2. The Promotion commences on 8 February 2023 and terminates on 21 February 2023, 11.59pm ("Promotion Period") and hosts within (MALAYSIA) (“Promotion Territory”).

3. ONLY selected models pre-order in Malaysia within the promotion period are eligible to redeem an ROG Chariot Core Gaming Chair (SL300) / ROG SLASH Hip Bag & ROG Cetra True Wireless ("Items").

A. First five (05) eligible entrants who pre-ordered the ROG Strix SCAR 18 (G834J-YN6068W), receive a ROG Chariot Core Gaming Chair (SL300)

B. First fifteen (15) eligible entrants who pre-ordered the ROG Zephyrus M16 (GU604V-YNM069WH or GU604V-ZNM041WH), receive the ROG SLASH Hip Bag and ROG Cetra True Wireless. ROG Zephyrus M16 (GU604V-IN4018W) is not entitled for redemption.

4. Participants are required to pre-order from our official e-store or selected ASUS or ROG Authorized Dealers.

5. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.

6. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:

A. Eligible Entrants shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.

B. You are only eligible to participate in this Promotion when you provide complete information i.e. name, email address, phone number, and address (“Personal Information”). Multiple submissions will be counted as one entry.

C. Upon verification of the submission, eligible entrants will receive a confirmation from ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”) via email after the promotion ends (21 February 2023).

D. The first five (05) eligible entrants who pre-ordered the ROG Strix SCAR 18 and first fifteen (15) eligible entrants who pre-ordered the ROG Zephyrus M16 are required to submit the full payment purchase receipt.

E. The following eligible entrants will be recorded on the waiting list. If any of the previous entrants are disqualified, the items will be passed to the next eligible entrant.

E. The items will be delivered to the indicated address after the purchase is completed and verified. The delivery date may be changed without prior notice.

7. The items are redeemable while stock lasts, on a first-come, first-served basis. The items are NOT refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash.

8. If there are inconsistencies or discrepancies of the documents submitted, participants' entry will be DISQUALIFIED if he or she fails to provide relevant documents requested by ASUSTek Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“ASUS”).
