- POSITION: Marketing Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Asus Open Platform BG
LOCATION: MY KL Main Office
PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES :
- 1.Assist marketing manager in planning, developing and execution of channel, campus activities and product marketing (online and offline campaign, events, seminar, roadshows and etc).
- 2.Managing and sourcing production of marketing materials, proof-reading and creative brainstorming such as press releases, presentation file, speeches and other marketing materials.
- 3.Maintain product display retail outlets in compliance with brand standards and arrange for effective distribution of marketing material to the respective outlets.
- 4.Have a good understanding of social media platform, search engine marketing, forum, blogs, youtube and other viral marketing strategies.
- 5.Manage and establish strong relationship with media editorial team and to build and discover new media contacts.
- 6.Evaluating and monitoring competitor’s activities and campaign (online/offline).
- 7.Content creation and management for social media platform including exploring upcoming digital and social media platform.
- 8.Building and developing relationship with the respective stakeholders (resellers, distributors, media and colleagues).
- 9.Assist marketing manager in daily routine tasks.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1.Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Marketing with 1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 2.Strong interests and passionate in IT, hardware and component and desktop solutions.
- 3.Possesses excellent communication, writing skills and genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to both internal and external customers.
- 4.Independent, creative with drive, willingly to learn and also a team player.
- 5.Very organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
- 6.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 7.Proficient with MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
- POSITION: Merchandiser
DEPARTMENT: Asus Open Platform BG
LOCATION: MY KL Main Office
PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES :
- 1.Manage the day to day retail stores activities to ensure the visual merchandising standard is properly maintained and is consistent across multiple retail stores.
- 2.Observing displays of company products; managing shop decorations, replacing damage or out-dated POSM and marketing materials; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
- 3.Perform regular retail visitation to do visual improvements.
- 4.Submit weekly report on all completed retail tasks in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1.SPM graduates, school leavers or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 2.Basic knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
- 3.Preferably male with good attitude and ability to work independently.
- 4.Keen interest in retail and merchandising.
- 5.Required language(s): English, Cantonese and Malay is an advantage.
- 6.Possess own transport as an advantage.
- 7.1 year contract position available.
