ASUS GeForce RTX 30 Series Graphics Cards
NVIDIA’s new GeForce RTX™ 30 Series GPUs are a welcome return to massive gen-on-gen performance gains in FPS. The boost to raw power allows mainstream gamers a choice between immersive gameplay with ultra settings or screamingly fast refresh rates for online competition. Last gen, these choices were constrained to the highest tier of cards, but now the meta is shifting.
For gamers looking to make the most of these raw gains, ASUS has implemented a series of sweeping buffs across the ROG Strix, TUF Gaming, and Dual Series. Our GeForce RTX 30 Series cards feature smarter fan designs, gigantic heatsinks, and fresh aesthetics. This culminates in sleeker designs with more performance and less noise than the competition. Isn’t that what you’re looking for?
Our tried-and-true Axial-tech fan design has been tuned up with additional fan blades and specialized roles for central and auxiliary fans. Notably, the center fan’s rotational direction is reversed to reduce turbulence (re: noise), and barrier ring Z-height varies between center and auxiliary fans to provide increased static pressure and more lateral airflow where it's needed most.
NVIDIA Ampere architecture is powerful and hungry. An increased TDP and massive amounts of speedy memory dish out serious performance and a sizable thermal load. To get the heat away from critical components, massive heatsinks provide more thermal headroom than ever before.
From the TUF Gaming’s spartan metal shroud to the aggressive accents and bold ARGB strip on the ROG Strix, the entire lineup has received cosmetic upgrades. Hard angles and varying textures create aesthetic unity between the GeForce RTX 30 Series and other ASUS components. Not everyone loves “gaming red”, so colored accents are limited to user-controllable RGB elements instead of permanent paint. For users who want a clean, mature look, the Dual model is a slick option.
