[NUC11TN][NUC11PA][NUC11EB][NUC8PN] update BIOS fail

If you update PA0042 or EB0065 fail, update them again. (need to update twice)

If your orignal BIOS is below TN0071 or PH0040, please update to TN0071 OR PN0040 fist, then update to the newest BIOS
